Delete Your Account & Data
Last updated: August 11, 2026
This policy applies to all apps built by Jogoh. You can delete your account and all associated cloud data directly inside supported apps, or request manual deletion via email if you no longer have the app installed.
In-App Account Deletion
If you have the app installed (e.g., BaZi Path), you can delete your account and all backed-up cloud data immediately inside the app:
- Open the app and navigate to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion. Your account and all stored cloud data will be permanently removed immediately.
Email Deletion Request (Fallback)
If you no longer have the app installed or are unable to access in-app deletion, email us at jonggietechie@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include the name of the app and your account email address. We process email requests within 30 days.
Send email requestWhat gets deleted
- Your account profile and sign-in credentials (Google or Apple)
- All backed-up cloud content, including purchased charts, reading sessions, and AI readings
- All local charts, readings, and preferences stored on the device you delete from
- Any personal preferences stored on our cloud servers
What is retained
Purchase transaction records are retained for up to 7 years after account deletion as required by applicable tax, accounting, and financial regulations. This data is stored securely and is strictly isolated from active systems.
Anonymous product analytics are also retained. These record how features are used, are not linked to your identity, and therefore cannot be tied back to a deleted account.
Timeline
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. For email requests, we confirm receipt by email and complete manual deletion within 30 days.
Purchases & Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account permanently erases all backed-up charts and readings (including purchased consumable readings), and past purchases are non-refundable upon deletion.
One-time lifetime unlocks (such as Magpie Pro) are tied to your Google Play or Apple App Store account rather than an app-specific cloud account.
