Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all apps, websites, and services developed and operated by Jogoh (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
App-Specific Terms
In addition to our general terms, the following app-specific terms apply when using our individual applications:

Budler is hosted on its own domain and is governed by its own independent terms. Please review the Budler Terms of Service.
BaZi PathDestiny decoding app.
AI-Generated Content & Disclaimer:
BaZi Path generates Four Pillars destiny charts based on birth details. Personal, sector, and compatibility readings are generated using Google's Gemini AI from your chart data. Content is AI-generated, may be inaccurate or inconsistent, and should not be relied upon as fact. Readings are for personal reflection and entertainment only, are not predictions of fact, and do not constitute medical, financial, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, financial, or legal matters.
Consumable Purchases & Account Restoration:
BaZi Path offers consumable chart and reading unlocks per chart/reading ($0.99 per chart/reading). Purchasing a chart or reading unlocks that specific item only and does not grant access to other charts or future content. Because consumable items do not appear on platform store receipts, purchases are restored across devices by signing into your account, not through store receipt restore mechanisms. Account deletion permanently erases cloud-backed purchases without refund.
MagpieSave, organize, and search screenshots, links, and notes.
Magpie allows you to capture, save, organize, and search screenshots, links, and notes. You retain ownership of the content you save and confirm that you have the right to use and store it. Magpie is local-first and requires no Magpie account. Magpie Pro is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that unlocks unlimited saves, unlimited Nests, and optional cloud backup: iCloud on iOS or Google Drive on Android. Backup depends on the availability, account, storage, and terms of the applicable platform provider, is provided on a best-effort basis, and is not a guarantee against data loss. Turning backup off does not delete an existing cloud copy. Jogoh does not host, review, or have access to your Magpie content.
DusklingA calm, three-line daily journal.
Duskling allows you to write up to three short lines of text per day as a private journal entry. You retain sole ownership of all entries you write. Your journal entries are processed locally on your device and are stored there or backed up to your own Google Drive (if premium sync is active). We do not host, review, or have access to your entries, and we assume no liability for what you write or store in Duskling.
Take a StickCamera-first sticker maker.
Take a Stick allows you to frame and capture photos to create custom stickers and sticker collections. You retain sole ownership of all photographs and stickers you capture. You represent and warrant that you have the right and permissions to photograph the people, pets, or subjects you capture. Stickers are processed and stored locally on your device or backed up to your personal Google Drive (if premium backup is active). We do not host, review, or have access to your sticker files, and we assume no liability for what you capture, create, export, or share using Take a Stick.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps and services. By using them, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13 and 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
Accounts & Responsibility
Some of our apps require you to sign in with a Google account or Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our apps or services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the service
Purchases & Billing
Our apps offer digital products through consumable in-app purchases or one-time lifetime unlocks depending on the app. All payment processing is managed directly via Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Consumable purchases (such as BaZi Path charts and AI readings at $0.99 per chart/reading) are purchased individually per item. A consumable purchase unlocks that specific chart or reading only and does not grant access to other charts or future content. Consumable purchases are linked to your user account and restored across devices by signing into your account, rather than via store receipt restore mechanisms.
One-time unlocks (such as Magpie Pro, Duskling Premium, or Take a Stick Lifetime Unlock) permanently unlock application features on your platform store account with a single payment and do not auto-renew.
All refunds are subject to the platform store's refund policy. We do not store or process financial payment details.
Intellectual Property
All original content, features, and functionality of our apps and websites are the exclusive property of Jogoh. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without prior written permission.
User-Generated Content
Content you create within our apps (notes, budgets, entries, etc.) remains yours. Where Jogoh hosts content for a particular app, you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide that service. Magpie backups are stored through your platform cloud provider, not on Jogoh servers. We do not use your personal content for advertising or train AI models on it.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Professional Advice
Our apps and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Readings, interpretations, and insights in BaZi Path are generated using AI models and traditional calculations for personal reflection and entertainment only. They are not predictions of fact and do not constitute medical, financial, or legal advice. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information presented in our apps.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jogoh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our apps or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to any of our services at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue a product. You may stop using our apps at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
