Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all apps, websites, and services developed and operated by Jogoh (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
App-Specific Terms
In addition to our general terms, the following app-specific terms apply when using our individual applications:
BudlerA budgeting app with a personality.
Budler is a personal budgeting and expense tracking application. All transactions and budgets you enter are processed locally on your device or backed up to your personal iCloud or Google Drive storage when Premium sync is enabled. Jogoh does not host, review, or have access to your financial transactions.
Budler includes AI-driven coaching personalities that analyze spending patterns to provide automated financial reflections and roasts. AI coaching analyses and commentary are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, tax, or investment advice. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.
Budler Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account before the renewal date. Store terms govern billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

AI-Generated Content & Disclaimer:
BaZi Path generates Four Pillars destiny charts based on birth details. Personal, sector, and compatibility readings are generated using Google's Gemini AI from your chart data. Content is AI-generated, may be inaccurate or inconsistent, and should not be relied upon as fact. Readings are for personal reflection and entertainment only, are not predictions of fact, and do not constitute medical, financial, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, financial, or legal matters.
Consumable Purchases & Account Restoration:
BaZi Path offers consumable chart and reading unlocks per chart/reading ($0.99 per chart/reading). Purchasing a chart or reading unlocks that specific item only and does not grant access to other charts or future content. Because consumable items do not appear on platform store receipts, purchases are restored across devices by signing into your account, not through store receipt restore mechanisms. Account deletion permanently erases cloud-backed purchases without refund.
MagpieSave, organize, and search screenshots, links, and notes.
Magpie allows you to capture, save, organize, and search screenshots, links, and notes. You retain ownership of the content you save and confirm that you have the right to use and store it. Magpie is local-first and requires no Magpie account. Magpie Pro is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that unlocks unlimited saves, unlimited Nests, and optional cloud backup: iCloud on iOS or Google Drive on Android. Backup depends on the availability, account, storage, and terms of the applicable platform provider, is provided on a best-effort basis, and is not a guarantee against data loss. Turning backup off does not delete an existing cloud copy. Jogoh does not host, review, or have access to your Magpie content.
DusklingA calm, three-line daily journal.
Duskling lets you write up to three short lines per day as a private journal entry. You own every entry you write. Duskling stores entries on your device. Duskling Pro can back up entries to private iCloud storage on iOS or Duskling's private Google Drive app-data folder on Android. Jogoh does not host, review, or have access to your entries or either backup. Backup depends on your platform account, available storage, and the iCloud or Google Drive service. Turning backup off does not delete an existing cloud copy. Backup does not guarantee recovery after device loss, deletion, corruption, or service failure.
LoveDrAI dating reply keyboard.
LoveDr is for adults aged 18 and older. This app-specific requirement overrides the general minimum age below. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and sexual solicitation of minors, are prohibited. Read our Child Safety Standards for reporting and enforcement information.
LoveDr suggests dating and messaging replies from chat context you choose to share with it (a screen capture you approve or a screenshot you pick). You remain responsible for deciding whether to use, edit, send, or ignore any suggestion. LoveDr does not send messages for you.
LoveDr uses AI, OCR, and keyboard-extension technology. Suggested replies may be inaccurate, awkward, offensive, or unsuitable for your situation. Use judgment before sending a reply, especially in sensitive conversations.
LoveDr gives you one free heart each day; each set of suggested replies uses one heart. Additional hearts are consumable in-app purchases sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Purchased hearts do not expire, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable except as required by law or the store's refund policy; refunded purchases remove the corresponding hearts. Deleting your account permanently removes unused hearts and does not entitle you to a refund, except as required by law or the store's refund policy. We may give free bonus hearts (for example, when you first set up the keyboard). Hearts bought on one platform may not transfer to another platform.
Take a StickCamera-first sticker maker.
Take a Stick allows you to frame and capture photos to create custom stickers and sticker collections. You retain sole ownership of all photographs and stickers you capture. You represent and warrant that you have the right and permissions to photograph the people, pets, or subjects you capture. Stickers are processed and stored locally on your device, or backed up to your personal iCloud on iOS or Google Drive app-data folder on Android when Pro backup is active. Backup depends on the availability, account, storage, and terms of the applicable platform provider, is provided on a best-effort basis, and is not a guarantee against data loss. We do not host, review, or have access to your sticker files, and we assume no liability for what you capture, create, export, or share using Take a Stick.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps and services. By using them, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users between 13 and 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
Accounts & Responsibility
Some of our apps require you to sign in with a Google account or Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our apps or services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the service
Purchases & Billing
Our apps offer digital products through consumable in-app purchases, one-time lifetime unlocks, or auto-renewing subscriptions depending on the app. All payment processing is managed directly via Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Consumable purchases (such as BaZi Path charts and AI readings at $0.99 per chart/reading) are purchased individually per item. A consumable purchase unlocks that specific chart or reading only and does not grant access to other charts or future content. Consumable purchases are linked to your user account and restored across devices by signing into your account, rather than via store receipt restore mechanisms.
One-time unlocks(such as Magpie Pro, Duskling Pro, or Take a Stick Lifetime Unlock) unlock application features with one payment and do not auto-renew. Store purchases can be restored through the same Apple or Google platform account, subject to the store's rules. An unlock bought from one platform may not transfer to another platform.
Consumable credits (such as LoveDr hearts) are used up as you use the feature they pay for and do not renew. The app stores manage payment details and refund eligibility.
All refunds are subject to the platform store's refund policy. We do not store or process financial payment details.
Intellectual Property
All original content, features, and functionality of our apps and websites are the exclusive property of Jogoh. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without prior written permission.
User-Generated Content
Content you create within our apps (notes, budgets, entries, etc.) remains yours. Where Jogoh hosts content for a particular app, you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide that service. Magpie and Duskling backups use your platform cloud provider, not Jogoh servers. We do not use your personal content for advertising or train AI models on it.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Professional Advice
Our apps and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
LoveDr reply suggestions and BaZi Path readings, interpretations, and insights are generated using AI models for personal use, reflection, or entertainment only. They are not predictions of fact and do not constitute medical, financial, or legal advice. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information presented in our apps.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jogoh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our apps or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to any of our services at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue a product. You may stop using our apps at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
